According to the police commissioner, Magudumana will face various charges, including murder, fraud, and aiding and abetting an escape. He was also allegedly in possession of numerous dead bodies.
Magudumana visited Bester while he was in prison. Following Bester’s fake death in a prison fire, which he staged, Magudumana took his possessions from the prison and also collected the body.

Ronald Lamola, the Minister of Justice, commended the government of Tanzania on its collaboration in the execution of the arrests and deportation of Bester, Magudumana, and a Mozambican national. DM
