We need to join to our company a Senior HR business Partner who can work as a strategical partner with regional president and his senior managers, lead the human management processes with senior managers in the region, maximizing business development and strategies.

Job Responsabilities:

  • Supports functional management with HR expertise to ensure HR capabilities and tools are deployed in support of business .
  • Acts as partner towards the business and leverages CoE and general HR capabilities in meeting business requirements
  • Coaches, advises, and provides feedback to senior leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities driving organizational performance​
  • ​Develops and facilitates plans, programs and tools to support talent strategy​
  • ​Aligns global business strategy with strategic talent management strategy​
  • ​Ensures the implementation of HR strategic agenda

What you bring

  • 10 years of work experience as HR Business Partner with at least 5 years as Senior HRBP or HR Manager working with senior leaders in multinational companies.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to navigate an international matrix organization.
  • Willing to be coached and able to coach others.
