A new IT Portfolio Manager is needed for our Customer Commerce team.
You would be in charge of our e-commerce and digital area, ensuring the success of all applications, solutions, systems, and support staff.
areas of duty you have
Driving Techniques:
Develop capability and create delivery roadmaps by converting eCommerce strategies into solutions for important business objectives.
putting eCommerce tactics into practice inside related domain architecture
Execution, implementation, and eCommerce system experience
Delivery of Services & Project Execution:
actively interact with internal Mr. Price clients to understand business e-commerce needs and to offer knowledge and guidance.
Plan, implement, and assess the execution of the business’s e-commerce projects in line with its standard service management matrix (incl. SLAs).
Risk Administration
Project business risks should be highlighted.
During projects, always make sure that laws and corporate policies are followed.
team leadership
Make sure the team’s workload is distributed properly and in accordance with its priorities in order to meet departmental KPIs and targets.
Keep up with the talent pool to help in the hiring of top talent.
To maintain resource capability and business continuity, encourage succession, training, and development within the team.
a degree in a business or IT related subject (Technology, business or marketing)
five or more years in a managerial position, at least three of which were spent in eCommerce
PASSIONATE about everything relating to eCommerce
constructing or creating things to provide business value
Strong retail business knowledge
The following crucial qualities will also be present in our ideal candidate: Outstanding organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and leadership skills as well as negotiation and vendor management abilities. Proactive problem solver with the capacity to think “beyond the box.”
