This role reports to the Head of Sales & Account Managers for Mr D.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily team activities to meet restaurant acquisition, retention, and revenue targets in the Western Cape
- Implement new business policies and procedures
- Support Account Managers in prioritising weekly tasks
- Ensure effective use of Pipedrive CRM for team coordination
- Facilitate product knowledge sessions for the sales team and restaurant partners
- Act as a liaison with operations to improve restaurant performance and resolve issues
- Recruit and onboard new Account Managers
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns
- Set and track goals aligned with acquisition and retention targets
Requirements
- Experience coordinating team activities
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- High attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- At least 1 year of team supervision experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketplace, e-commerce, SaaS, or hospitality sales
